CAROLINA PANTHERS “LISTEN & WIN” TICKET GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES — AUGUST 28, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Carolina Panthers “Listen & Win” Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by FAS Radio Station (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is independently conducted by FAS Radio Station and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Carolina Panthers, the National Football League (NFL), or their respective affiliates.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, on-air personalities, contractors, immediate family members, and members of the same household of FAS Radio Station personnel directly involved in administering this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

The selected winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification showing that they are at least 21 years of age.

The winner must be legally and physically able to attend the Carolina Panthers game taking place on August 28, 2026.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 28, 2026, when announced on FAS Radio Station and ends at 1:00 PM Eastern Time on August 28, 2026.

All entries must be received by 1:00 PM ET. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Throughout the Giveaway Period, FAS Radio Station will announce three separate Panthers Winning Words at different times during its programming.

To qualify, listeners must:

  1. Listen to FAS Radio Station at www.FASRadioStation.net.
  2. Collect all three Winning Words announced on-air.
  3. Submit all three correct Winning Words, along with their full name and telephone number, using the entry method announced by FAS Radio Station.
  4. Submit the entry no later than 1:00 PM ET on August 28, 2026.

All three Winning Words must be correct for the entry to qualify.

Limit one entry per person.

Winning Words obtained through unauthorized public sharing, automated means, manipulation, fraud, or other improper methods may result in disqualification at the discretion of FAS Radio Station.

5. Winner Selection

After the entry period closes, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries containing all three correct Winning Words.

The drawing will be conducted by FAS Radio Station.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number or other contact information submitted with the entry.

Because the prize is for a same-day event, the potential winner must respond within 30 minutes of notification.

If the potential winner:

  • Does not respond within 30 minutes;
  • Cannot attend the game;
  • Cannot accept or access the ticket;
  • Does not meet the eligibility requirements;
  • Cannot provide acceptable identification if requested; or
  • Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and FAS Radio Station may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ticket to the Carolina Panthers game taking place on August 28, 2026.

The winner will have the opportunity to attend the game and sit with Frederick Allen, subject to seating arrangements, venue policies, ticketing requirements, and circumstances beyond the control of FAS Radio Station.

Only ONE game ticket is being awarded.

Transportation, parking, food, beverages, merchandise, lodging, and all other expenses associated with attending the game are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

No cash alternative will be provided.

The prize may not be substituted by the winner. FAS Radio Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

8. Digital Ticket Requirements

The winner may be required to provide a valid email address and maintain or create the appropriate digital ticketing account or mobile application necessary to receive and access the ticket.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that their mobile device is compatible with any electronic ticketing requirements.

9. Game Changes or Cancellation

FAS Radio Station is not responsible for any postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, relocation, interruption, or other modification of the Carolina Panthers game.

If the game is postponed, canceled, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, FAS Radio Station shall have no obligation to provide a replacement prize except where required by applicable law.

10. Conduct

The winner must comply with all rules, regulations, security requirements, ticket terms, and policies established by the stadium, Carolina Panthers, NFL, ticket provider, and other applicable entities.

FAS Radio Station reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who engages in fraudulent, disruptive, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate conduct in connection with the Giveaway or attendance at the event.

11. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless FAS Radio Station, its owners, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Attendance at a professional sporting event involves ordinary risks associated with large public gatherings and sporting activities. The winner assumes responsibility for their personal conduct and attendance.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for FAS Radio Station to announce the winner’s name, city, photograph, voice, and/or likeness in connection with the Giveaway and its promotional coverage without additional compensation.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and FAS Radio Station’s privacy practices.

14. General Conditions

FAS Radio Station reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, automated, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

If technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, FAS Radio Station reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway and select a winner from eligible entries received before the problem occurred.

Decisions made by FAS Radio Station concerning eligibility, interpretation of these rules, and winner selection are final to the extent permitted by law.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
