Josiah N. Rogers is a Philadelphia-based gospel recording artist, songwriter, pastor, worship leader, author and educator. His musical journey began in the church, where he developed his gifts as a singer and choir leader. He later co-founded the Exalted Praize Gospel Choir and has worked with several gospel groups throughout his career.

His music includes “Living Testimony,” “360 Turnaround,” “Greater and Better Is on My Life” and his latest single, “Winner,” featuring Mz. Tiffany—a powerful declaration of faith, perseverance and victory.

Rogers won the 2024 Kindred Award for Male Gospel Artist. That same year, “I Love You” was nominated in the Love Song category, and “All I Want for Christmas” was nominated in the Christmas Song category. “Winner” appeared on the official fan ballot for Gospel Rap/Hip-Hop Song of the Year at the 41st Stellar Gospel Music Awards and advanced through the voting process. He was also named an official nominee for the 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards, while his music has twice received consideration for the GMA Dove Awards.

Rogers has received five Rhythm of Gospel Awards nominations and serves as an executive board member for the organization. He has also participated in its annual celebration as a host and featured performer.

Beyond music, Rogers is the founder and pastor of The Oasis of Greater and Better Movement International. He is also a dedicated elementary school teacher committed to educating and inspiring young students. Through music, ministry, education and community service, Rogers continues to use his gifts to strengthen faith, encourage others and make a positive difference.
