Executive Director Frederick L. Allen brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, and media strategy to the station. His work in ministry communications at Nations Ford Community Church helped shape an approach to media rooted in service and outreach.
He went on to work in Christian broadcasting through WGUY.Live Radio Charlotte and as an on-air personality with FM HDMS in Philadelphia. Before launching the station, he produced Conversations with Frederick and The Frederick Allen Show for audiences across digital platforms. Those programs became a foundation for the station’s original lineup.
Today, FAS Radio Station connects gospel music with interviews, community news, live programs, and partnerships with churches, ministries, nonprofits, and independent artists.
