FAS Radio Network was founded on a passion for faith-based media, strategic communications, and excellence in Christian broadcasting. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, and media strategy, Executive Director Frederick L. Allen has built a career centered on helping organizations effectively connect with their audiences through innovative communication and creative storytelling.
His transition into ministry-based media began while serving at Nations Ford Community Church, where he expanded his expertise into church communications, promotions, and ministry outreach. He later entered Christian broadcasting through marketing and promotional work with WGUY.Live Radio Charlotte before becoming an on-air personality with FM HDMS in Philadelphia. These experiences broadened his expertise in broadcasting, audience engagement, digital media, and gospel programming.
Before launching FAS Radio Network, Frederick L. Allen created and produced original programming distributed through Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Patreon, and other digital platforms. His signature broadcasts, Conversations with Frederick and The Frederick Allen Show, built a loyal following by featuring inspiring interviews, meaningful conversations, gospel music, and stories that celebrate faith, leadership, and community.
With the launch of FAS Radio Network, these established programs became the network's flagship original broadcasts, forming the foundation of its programming while expanding their reach to listeners around the world through internet radio.
Today, FAS Radio Network continues to grow through live programming, artist interviews, community news, special event coverage, and partnerships with churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and independent gospel artists. Under the leadership of Executive Director Frederick L. Allen, the network remains committed to its mission of connecting faith, music, and community while embracing innovation and excellence in Christian broadcasting.
